Joel's advice around insurance especially with Income Protection was a life saver. A year after setting it up I needed it big time! I'm nearly at a year of recovery and still not working but I can pay the bills and look after my elderly parents. I never really realised that if you get medically sick (not covered by ACC) even with medical insurance etc it's Income Protection that you need if you can't get back to work. You are only 1 medical disaster away from major financial trouble. Joel and his advice truly saved both myself and family from a very different future.

We wanted to explore health insurance and we wanted to talk to someone in person, not just over a phone. Joel did that and more - he visited us in our home which was just perfect. He made a process which I was very apprehensive about clear and straightforward. We now have a health insurance package tailored to our needs which (importantly) we can afford. A big relief.
